Final Post !

Hi everyone...
This is the last post in this class also its the last post for dr. Newberry class.
I was shocked when I heard the news about the Dr, Newberry that he will leave us, it hurts that someone like Dr. Newberry will not teach us anymore, He was the best professor that I had since I came to America. He was a good lesiner,always he tried to make us successes in our education, when i give up about some assignment I know there is some one will make me understand it and do it. he try to explain every thing and cover every small thing to make me understand it.
Thank You Dr, Newberry and I hope you get butter life in your new place. And we will miss you.

Project Prototype and Testing

Greetings everyone...
The quarter is almost over!! two week more!!
In this class I learned a lot of things that can help me in my thesis . I have found that this class is very useful and make the thesis easier for the students.
ETEC 644 was a completely different had discovered many things its not in education part but I should had to know about it long time ago.
I want to say Thank you For Dr Newberry He help me a lot.

Also..

I listened to the podcast that Dr. Newberry post it in session 8
and I want to shear some of the information that I found;

It was about Barb experience in ETEC program and her thesis project, she is a teach adult how to deal with technology, she have already some technology skills, she helps adult how to dell with the Internet just the basic things,
The ETEC was not her first choose, she start in education demonstration and she sttened the first class but she don’t like it and don’t enjoyed it in the last of the quarter she got A but she doesn’t enjoy it. After that she feel the ETEC it what she want to be. She meet Dr. Law and she explain the program to her. After that she took this program and she enjoy each class in the ETEC program.
After this introduction she started to take about her thesis and how she interview her instructors and her class meet and she got a good feedback
Also she talked about her research question:
If they need a help of the technology?
If they deal with a student who have disability?
What kind of disability they have?
And more..
She used the survey questions. She talks about the result. She was surprise about some student whom has a especial education but they never take a class in ETEC.
Also she told us about her husband, he helped her a lot. Barb thinks to change her topic but Dr. Law told her doesn’t change if you like it. Also she talk about her website.

Dr Newberry give us a good point that is (when you choose your topic thesis write about what (you) want to do? And try to have what you can able to do.


This pod cast is very useful and interesting. You can learn a lot from her experience.
It is really a some thing You Should Listen to it!!!!!

Finlay I am done from My Project Prototype it was different kind of experience and I enjoy it ;-D

GOOD NEWS !!!

I cannot believe that I just Passed my IRB. It took a long time from me to finish it. Don't ask me how many time I take each quiz? ;-D

Session 7

Project Prototype and Testing

The last 2-week was really bad. The school that I want to do my Development research (my thesis) called me and told me they have problem and they may be not able to do the change in their school. And they suggest to me other school I called them and they was very happy and they like my ideas. Now I need to change some of the information that I write it in my lit review do you believe that?
I started to add and delete some of the information in my introduction and the lit review; it took me a while because I had so much different information between the old school and the new one. The time is running out and I still working on the lit review and trying to finish the IRB and I have to do the project proposal plans. Its really a lot of works and I took time more than any one in the class because I am international student and some time I face some problems in the language ;-(



In the next week I will be finishing up my work on the lit review and IRB.

Oh this class is not easy but is helpful to my thesis. In post five I was very sad because I have many ideas but I can't organize them. After I read all the comments from my friends I feel that I can organize them and I did it. I want say thank you for Bill, Baber and Grace. I am lucky to have you in this class.

I am still working in my new topic and I try to finish it as soon as I can. I read the IRB and CITI and I learned many different new things. I have many ideas for the project proposal I try to finish it soon.

Hi every one...
I change my topic because I find a good topic that I can do it in Saudi Arabia it will be about crating a website for high school, also I will do a teachers training to make them able to do own website.
I almost finish from the introduction and I still working on my Literature review.
I want to talk about many different points I try to summarize them in the fallowing:

• create a school website

• Develop a the website.

• the communication through the website.

• teachers training to do they own pages in this website.

• teachers update the website.

• effective website

• develop and design

I will do training 5 teachers because of that I will use the focus group and interview to collect my data.

I read some articles that related to my topic but I feel that I still need more!!!

To everyone:

• Does any one know some articles that can help me in my topic?
• Does any one can add more points to my Literature review?

I have no time to update my blog!! do you believe that!!
I almost done from my lit review.
last class (talkshoe) was very helpful and I understanding many things that I miss it in me lit review.

Dr Newberry give us some Q that really help my a lot.
